Well isn't this just a hot mess!
Meta's (Facebook) new app Threads is already losing steam faster than a punctured tire on the side of the road in July. 😎
Despite skyrocketing to over 100 million users right after launch, Zuck has admitted that over half of those folks have already hit the road.
He says having tons of signups but low retention is "normal," but let's get real - nothing about this floptastic launch is normal. Meta's been scrambling to tack on features to get people to stick around, but so far it's just putting lipstick on a pig. As I said from the beginning...it doesn't have a unique value proposition.
The whole thing's got dumpster fire written all over it. #Yikes!
and I had hopes for something new. Drat!
