A Quick Orientation to AI for Coaching & Businesses
I want to take a moment to set the tone for this space because how you experience a community is shaped very early by what it’s actually for.
This is AI for Coaching & Businesses. It’s a free community, yes. But it’s not casual, noisy or surface-level. I built this space intentionally for coaches, consultants and business owners who are curious about AI and love business strategy but are grounded enough to want to use it properly.
This isn’t about chasing tools.
It’s about learning how to think with AI in a way that genuinely supports how you run your business.
Most people don’t struggle with AI because it’s complicated. They struggle because they’re already overloaded. Their business lives in their head. The ideas. The plans. The decisions. The unfinished drafts. The “I’ll get to that later” thoughts. All of it sits on one nervous system, all the time.
AI can help with that.
Not by replacing your judgement or your experience but by taking some of the weight.
That’s the lens I bring into this community.
What this space is (and isn’t)
This is a practical learning space. I share what I’m testing, what I’m seeing work and how AI can be applied in real coaching and service-based businesses. Not hypotheticals, not tech-for-tech’s-sake.
You’ll see:

I run this space solo and I care deeply about keeping it useful, respectful and grounded.

I’m here, I’m present and I do read what’s posted but the quality of the space ultimately comes from how everyone shows up.
What I Care Most About
I care about AI feeling approachable, not intimidating.
I care about you keeping your voice, your values and your way of thinking.
I care about reducing unnecessary friction in how you build and run your business.
This space exists so you don’t have to figure all of this out alone or in a vacuum.
You don’t need to be advanced.
You don’t need the “right” tools yet.
You just need to be willing to learn and experiment without judgement.
