This week we talked nervous system and the monkey mind, allowing flow rather than push and how nature can be a great teacher. We pulled the self nurturance card, which seems to be a card that just keeps popping out at the moment! Next weeks cuppa will be at a different time. We went into some really meaningful territory in this Cuppa — the kind of conversations people often hold quietly in their hearts. Some of the topics we covered included: • what loved ones go through after they pass • why people in Spirit sometimes come through to apologise • how healing continues on the other side • how time works beyond the physical world • whether we choose our families before we’re born It was a great conversation. These are the questions that sit underneath so many readings, even when they aren’t spoken out loud. If you’ve ever wondered:“Why did this happen?” “Did they know what they did?” “Are they at peace now?” “Did I choose this life?” …this conversation may bring some understanding, or a place to begin some deeper contemplations about the mysteries of the afterlife.
