Tonight’s space was powerful.
We spoke honestly about grief — not just the grief of losing someone, but the quiet grief of losing versions of ourselves… of relationships changing… of things not turning out the way we hoped.
We explored how rejection impacts the nervous system.
How it doesn’t just “hurt our feelings” — it can land in the body.
It can tighten the chest.
Speed up the thoughts.
Create contraction.
We returned to something simple and powerful:
The breath.
Not as a technique to fix ourselves.
But as a way to come home.
Breath as regulation.
Breath as self-location.
Breath as a reminder: I am here. I am safe enough in this moment.
And we pulled this week’s card for the community:
✨ Reflection prompt for the week:
Where am I reacting from old rejection — and where can I pause, breathe, and respond from who I am now?
If you missed it live, the replay is here for you.
Come back to it when you have a quiet 40 minutes. Let it work on your nervous system slowly.
☕ You’re not alone in this work. 💛
