Today we explored the process of building relationship with your Spirit team — not as something distant or complicated — but as something already present and available within your awareness.

• how to connect with your team in a grounded, present way
• connecting specifically with your life guide
• how to ask for a sign (clearly and cleanly)
• how signs are received — and why they’re often missed
✨ This is relational work.
Not performance.
Not proving.
Not forcing.
It’s about recognising what is already happening — and learning how to stay with it.
Your team is not separate from your life.
Connection doesn’t require you to leave yourself.
It deepens as you stay with yourself.
Ask.Receive.Acknowledge.Repeat.
Finally we also pulled a card for the week and it surprised me by how deep we went.
