Hi so my names Lewis just wanted to introduce myself and don’t really know how or from where in my life I start so I’m in my 30s, I’m a veteran, I’m a care leaver, im a mechanic, I’m a chef I’m ADHD and Autistic which equates itself to Audhd and Proud! I started this community after over 600 people like my comment as said in the title we were in talks about the over diagnosis of adhd but I believe it’s the amount of children who were forgotten an have become adults with a voice an the voice of reason.
