Have you had a chance to check out our classroom? I've been very busy posting courses and resources! Some resources include a recommended reading list, executive functioning apps that work, mental health resources, and Neurodiversity University where we explain key concepts and conditions. In the "Leaving the Nest" course I posted the slides we used for the free 30-minute live presentation. If you missed it and are interested in attending the next one, let me know your availability and we can schedule another time that works for you. The full 8-week course "Launching Your AuDHD Young Adult" starts late August. Although I am particularly acquainted with the services, benefits and programs California provides, this course is designed so anyone in the United States can access the available resources in their state. The thumbnail is listed twice: one has the information about the workshop itself, and the other is the link to enroll. If you are interested but the time slot isn't right, leave me a comment and let's find another day or time that fits your schedule. I need a minimum of 4 families and a maximum of 10 families to run a cohort. One paid registration covers up to four people supporting the young adult (parent, step-parent, grandparent, guardian, conservator, trustee, etc), so someone can miss a session and still be covered. Let me know if you have any questions!
