Fiber
I usually dont like eating before bed but if i do, one of my favorite snacks to consume before bed are berries. i would recommend these fruits because they're very high in fiber and antioxidants benefiting our health. They're also low on the glycemic index as far as carbs. Blueberries are also good for your brain i would recommend consuming a handful daily!
