Dont fear cheat meals.
Many of us fear a cheat meal, all of us are human cheat meal happen. The best thing to do is to prepare for them and dont do them every day. Try once or twice a month.

Fiber
I usually dont like eating before bed but if i do, one of my favorite snacks to consume before bed are berries. i would recommend these fruits because they're very high in fiber and antioxidants benefiting our health. They're also low on the glycemic index as far as carbs. Blueberries are also good for your brain i would recommend consuming a handful daily!

Understanding blood sugar crashes.
Have you had those moments when after you're done eating you just like you're sleepy or tired right after?? thats because its coming from blood sugar crashes lots of times when you have a high carb meal with little protien or fiber or not working out around the time you have carbs your insulin is doing extra work to bring your blood sugar down to normal before your blood sugar keeps rising leading to hyperglycemia.
