👋 Welcome to Assist Athlete Collective
This community exists because so many parents are trying to do the right thing — but often feel unsure, overwhelmed, or worried about saying or doing the wrong thing. Here, we focus on: • Supporting athletes without pressure • Building confidence and resilience • Helping parents understand how they shape the environment around their athlete • Keeping sport healthy, positive and sustainable This is a supportive, judgement-free space. There is no “perfect” parent — only learning, reflection and growth. 👇 Introduce yourself below: • Your name • Your athlete’s age & sport • One thing you hope to gain from being here I’m so glad you’re here. — Mikhaela

Why this community exists

Athletes don’t develop in isolation.Their confidence, motivation and mindset are shaped every day by: • Conversations at home • Reactions after games • Expectations (spoken and unspoken) This community exists to help parents feel supported, informed, and confident in how they show up for their athlete. 👇 Question for you:What is the hardest part of supporting your athlete right now?
