Most property and service-based businesses don’t stall because of a lack of deals, funding, or effort.
They stall because of a decision breakdown in the sales process.
What I often see:
- viewings increase
- conversations increase
- activity feels busy
…but buyers hesitate, delay, or disappear.
That usually means the offer and the buying path don’t match how the customer actually decides.
When that misalignment exists, no amount of extra effort fixes it, it just creates frustration.
Growth resumes when the system is corrected, not when more is added.
