Refurb complete 🔥
House 1 on our current BRR project is complete! ✅
Really happy with how this property has turned out, the refurbishment team has done a great job
New carpets and the kitchen have been fitted in the last couple of weeks 🤝
I included a couple of pictures at the end of what the property looked like before/during the refurb
Bought for £80,000
The total refurb cost was £28,350
Now, with a local agent looking to secure a long-term rent at ~£775pcm
