Putting myself out there and learn about new things - WIN WIN
I'm intrigued and excited to be a new member of this skool community.
My name is Vera, I am a construction professional based in Derby with resi and comm projects all over the country.
It is time now to spread my wings into property investment, refurb/ commercial conversions and my own development projects.
I am looking for deals as well as connections to share insights and forming JVs going forward.
For now I am soaking up new knowledge wherever I can to be sure I understand the risks and can make educated decisions on this journey.
