That's interesting. Deal sourcing is a valuable skill when you understand what investors are actually looking for.
For me, I see real estate as one of the best wealth-building vehicles available. I'm particularly interested in how property can create long-term cash flow, compound growth through appreciation, and generational wealth. At the same time, I've learned that many successful property investors don't rely solely on property income. They often have businesses or other income streams that provide the capital needed to acquire and scale their portfolios faster.
That's a principle I follow as well, building income outside of property while continuing to grow wealth through real estate.
What got you into deal sourcing in the first place?
