Hi all I’ve got my first viewing in Monday, im looking to do a flip im going to ask more info on the vendor it does need a refurb/up lift it’s going in auction starting £185.000 other properties on street selling £280.000 and im hoping to do assisted sale but assure the agent he will get 1% straight away and again 1% wen it sells and of course offer the vendor more money so it doesn’t go to the auction. This will save me on stamp duty.

Now going to do some sums

I also went the property event in excel London today met some new contacts for auctions also had a lot of people trying to sell me days etc my reaction to this was “MY FAMILY IS WITH ASSETS FOR LIFE” 🙏
