Hey guys, i just want to post a little something to say how greatful i am to have met with some brilliant minds over the last few weeks. A week or so ago i decided to make a small post on the Assets For Life facebook page, a brief description on who i am and what i am, my goals and plan for the near future. Thanks to the advise from Liam via the online Portal.

And with in 3 days, a gentleman had read it, sent me a private message asking to speak with me urgently and he said that my post had drawn him into wanting to mentor me. I am honoured to say that we have been speaking ever since, and he has guided me every step of the way so far. 😁🙌

To the point where we are now looking at multiple HMO's all over London.

All properties are well above 25% BMV, i believe the lowest bmv is 38.7%!! 😄. One portfolio alone has 66 apartments. Wowzers!!

Ive made multiple phone calls to multiple Estate agents. Inputing information into spreadsheets etc...my mentor has arrange viewings as i cant make it to London, living 5 hours away. Fingers crossed 🤞 for some amazing news.

So id like to say to everyone just statting off, write a value post, plant that seed, and let the universe line up your mentors!.
