We are building a supportive, professional community where aspiring and emerging behavioral health CEOs can learn, connect, and grow together. Please help us protect that environment by following these guidelines. 1. Lead with respect. Different members will have different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Communicate respectfully, even when you disagree. 2. Choose community over competition. Celebrate the progress of others, share encouragement, and contribute to a culture where everyone has room to grow. 3. Protect privacy and confidentiality. Do not share private client, patient, employee, business, or member information. What members share personally within the community should be treated with respect. 4. No unsolicited promotion or solicitation. Do not advertise services, send unsolicited private messages, recruit clients, or promote unrelated programs without approval. 5. Keep conversations relevant. Posts and questions should relate to behavioral health entrepreneurship, agency leadership, CEO mindset, business readiness, or the community’s scheduled activities. 6. Remember that education is not individualized professional advice. Community content is provided for general educational purposes. Licensing, legal, financial, compliance, and operational requirements may vary by state and situation. Members are responsible for verifying requirements with the appropriate agencies and qualified professionals. 7. Participate and contribute. Ask questions, attend trainings, share appropriate wins, and encourage others. This community becomes more valuable when members actively participate. Repeated violations, disrespectful behavior, spam, or inappropriate solicitation may result in content removal or removal from the community.
