Need help with Deepseek question & Chat GPT Question

Can someone help me by first giving me the link to signup for API access with Deepseek so I can use it for my trivia bots please? I had searched for it and thought I had the right link and I signed up and put a deposit to begin using their API. Won't bore you with the whole long story, but I found out I was scammed and it wasn't the 'real Deepseek'. Thankfully when I made the deposit I didn't use my credit card directly but used it through PayPal.
