Ashtanga Primary Series is the first sequence in the Ashtanga Method. Each sequence gets progressively more challenging and it's important to master these postures before moving on to Intermediate or Advanced Series.
This practice will help you to become physically and mentally stronger. The deep breathing with sound method method helps to heat the blood and and kill bacteria in your bloodstream. The drishtis, or where your eyes are looking will help you maintain focus within.
Each asana is scientifically placed so that each posture prepares you for the next one. This method is meant to be practiced consistently over a long period of time.
