When you look at the mirror, whats the first thing you see, whats the first thing you feel?That should be an indication of how you feel about yourself. I used to see and angry guy, then a sad guy, now i cant help but smile. All that shadow work has been worth it.

Whats the worst painful thing you want to release or have released that drained you and then invigorated you. For me i cant remember anymore what it was, but the feeling ufff, felt like a stinger from a wasp the size of a 5 year old was in my heart. I went and removed it from my chest by moving my hands there and pulling it out, i felt the release while i also worked with the emotions and chakras that where associated. I dont know why i cant seem to recall it, maybe all that stays is the feelings and lessons, then poof, they just vanish. Interesting 🤔 🤣🤣🤣 Well thats it for me atm, if i remember what it was i shall put it down
