Driving home from the kickboxing studio… sunroof open, music on, just feeling genuinely grateful.
Grateful for my career-by-day (corporate recruiting), my company (Ascending Dawn Doula), the flexibility to support my health journey… all of it.
A car passes me and the plate says Ikigai. I LOVE that book. If you don’t know about it - then let’s open that convo!

These moments aren’t random!! They tend to show up right after a thought, a feeling, or a realization. I consider this a little wink of confirmation and a solid hello.
Pay attention to what was happening right before the sign. That’s usually where the message lives.
