I was reminded of a TikTok I had posted on this day last year - and sharing with you here. I had just finished watching a podcast with the guest Cheryl Page - a left brained scientist who lost someone close to her and found a way to connect (tapping into her right brain abilities).
Because of her, this podcast and her book (I’ll add that to our Recommended Books post), I dove in deep and then started meditating every morning using this technique. (And journaling it every morning after.) And it works!!!!
If you do this - create your energy bubble - then ask with intention, and then sit with patience. You may hear it, see it, feel it, know it. Allow the communications to come in. This is a form of meditation and connection - working with the Clair’s we spoke about yesterday.
I’m going to go through all my meditation and connection notes from 2025! Super excited to do this… 😀
