I just completed my first daily emotional control exercise. I practiced controlled breath work for 3 minutes and read this quote which I’m. Ot sure if it’s the sort of thing I’m meant to read but I found it positive “I heard a therapist say this and it changed my thinking - you’re not healing to be able to handle trauma, pain, anxiety, depression. You’re used to those. You’re healing to be able to handle joy and accept happiness back into your life.”
I felt relaxed and like I’d reminded myself why I’m embarking on this journey of self help, self love and growth. Also why I joined Skool and what I’m trying to gain. Thanks
