why we niched down to voice ai...
Our agency started out as a general agency.
We offered every solution possible.
It was easy to get clients to start with...
But it wasn't sustainable.
There were two issues:
- we became a jack of all trades, master of none
- it was really hard to scale
So we decided to niche down on Voice AI
Voice AI in itself it still a very broad sector of AI, but it gave us a chance to master a skill.
I decided to make a video outlining why we chose Voice AI above anything else.
