Kristy McCracken is the Founder and Managing Director of DMH Support Services, a dedicated provider of disability and mental health supports across the NSW Central Coast. With over two decades of experience in aged care, disability, and community services, Kristy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Her journey began in 2003, inspired by supporting her own mother following a stroke, shaping her deep commitment to keeping families together through quality care. Kristy holds qualifications in mental health, counselling, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and specialises in supporting individuals with complex needs, including neurological conditions. She is passionate about innovative, person-centred approaches, incorporating creative therapies such as art and craft-based programs to promote emotional wellbeing. Known for her compassionate yet practical approach, Kristy works closely with participants, families, and support teams to deliver meaningful, empowering outcomes that enhance independence, dignity, and quality of life.
