Help dealing with clients
Hi, I'm Rossella, an artist who is trying to create a solid and profitable business, specifically focusing on murals. I'm very happy to be part of this group! 🙂I’m currently trying to build my business, but I’m running into some difficulties with clients😣. I’ve had one client who keeps delaying the start of a project. They made me wait weeks for a response, and now they’re asking for even more time before we begin. I thought they were really interested at first, but it seems they’ve changed their mind, and it’s cost me a lot of time.
I wanted to ask, how do you approach clients in your business? And do you have any strategies to avoid these types of situations? I’m looking for ways to get more commitment from clients.
