How often should Willow wear her e-collar when we are not training?

We know she should wear it on walks and during training, and not when we are out / she is unsupervised. (And we don’t want her to develop any sores) But that she should wear it frequently so she doesn’t become collar aware, and “like a seatbelt” as a precaution.. So does that mean downtime around the house when we are busy she shouldn’t or should be wearing it?
