This course is about the nuts and bolts of solving problems, a skill that has been stunted by the advent of certain technologies like search engines and artificial intelligence. It covers the basic principles behind problem-solving, including defining root problems, nested problem sets, symptomatic problems and how to think systematically. It will consist of a series of lectures published once a week initially on the topic. A general synchronous session may be scheduled at the end.
