Introduction
Hey all my name is Shannon new here and excited to get working. I am a mom a three boys, from North Carolina.
I joined because I was able to see someone with the same body type get to a better and healthier self, I had to be apart. Having other moms wanting the same goal is motivating for me to get it done. I hope to get back to my old self and love my body again. Let’s go!!!
