Carrot or Stick?
I put my prospecting numbers in my HANDWRITTEN 3 goals for the day.
Day X - _
I fill up the number at the end of work - only after I've hit the minimum.
If I don't? I feel awful cause I didn't keep my own word.
Once I am done, I reward myself with something I enjoy doing - in my case, skool is one of them.
A carrot AND a stick situation.
Keeps me on track. Try it out.
