Guidelines for your goal:
- Make it specific. (Ex: "I will launch XYZ app by Friday", instead of "I will improve my apps")
- Make it within your control. (Ex: "I will launch a new A/B paywall test", instead of "I will grow my revenue 20%)
- Be reasonable, but make it ambitions. It should feel like a stretch, but not impossible.
