That also means we are no longer transitioning to Signaly, despite the announcement I made recently. I'm sorry for the change of direction so soon after that update, and I want to be fully transparent about why. Why I'm closing the community - The trending keyword method is no longer as strong as it was last year. The market has shifted, a lot more organic apps are getting published, and the opportunity has narrowed. When people ask me for advice today, I no longer tell them this is the best path, so I can't keep charging for it in good conscience. Signaly will be shut down for the same reason. - I'm going all in on Absorbed, the new app I'm building with my partner. Shiny object syndrome has cost me before, and this one deserves my full attention. We're using a completely different playbook this time, focused on Instagram marketing rather than trending keywords. A genuine thank you I've been making courses for years, but this community was the first time I actually got to meet the people taking them, and that has meant a lot. I hope the content and conversations here have been valuable for you. The method genuinely generated a lot of wealth for me and my cofounder last year, and I know it worked for many of you too. Hey, with @M O we have canceled the two live calls last week and this week because they fall exactly on holidays. We will be back to usual schedule from 7th of January. Thank you to everyone who comes on live calls to learn and share their valuable insights. Everyone who actively contributes to making this community fun in the forum. Everyone who is willing to share as much as to learn. I'm taking this time to reflect on my year, view all my wins and lessons learned. This has been one of the most important habits I've build over the last few years. I don't set New Years resolutions, they don't work. I look at the past 12 months and plan the next 12 months with intention, ambition, adventure and fun. I highly recommend you take a few days and do the same. My three step process: 1. Write down the things I want to achieve, contribute, experience, share. 2. Use AI to create a vision board of everything I've written down 3. Write down the "Ultimate Day" a very detailed account of my perfect day, I write every detail starting with what time I wake up, where I am at, who I am with, and I go through the day: hour by hour. This has been shockingly powerful. 2 years ago I did this exercise and then forgot about it. About 10 months later I found the document and when I was reading it I started to cry. Every single thing in that file was true: the car I was driving, the woman I was dating, the people I was spending time with...everything. For getting shit done on daily basis, I use the Productivity Planner from Intelligent Change. Set the plan for 3 months, each week and then each day. You can achieve miracles when you combine intention with consistent action. Happy New Year, 2026 is yours for the taking. I'll see you next week.

We knew this moment was coming....and this weekend we received the dreaded message from Apple. Here's the recap of our wild ride with @Evrim Demir: - Two months ago we saw the trend of dating advice apps - Built an MVP in 6h and launched v1 on the same day - Immediate tractionL: started making $1k / day - Our competitor was taken down from the app store for a few days and we were making $6k / day - Then top 2 competitors were taken down and we were making $10k+ / day - Apple started to systematically shut down the whole category. Every app went down, one by one - And finally, this weekend we received the message "Your app was removed from the App Store" What's next? The app was pulled due to copyright infringement in our metadata. This means we're still getting the revenue, but the app is no longer available for download. Technically speaking, this is a 5min fix. We can just change the title and we're back online. However, Apple is clearly shutting down all apps and for different reasons. If we get shut down again, we risk having our entire account terminated. Right now, we get the $169k paid out. If our account gets terminated, we won't get any money. Our entire account with the whole portfolio of apps gets shut down. We're still deciding what to do, but most likely we will play it safe and not do anything. We will focus on other apps & other portfolios and simply let Apple pay us out the $169k over the next two months. It's time to get back to work and continue building cool stuff. This has been one of the most fun experiences I've every had in my 10 years on the app store. Definitely the most money I made for the least amount of effort. We spent 6 hours making the MVP which ended up generating $169,684 in 2 months. Life is Good!

The other day during the call you found a keyword "estimate maker" (don't know how I had missed that). So I acted quickly and yesterday revamped my timesheet for freelancers app to be an estimate and invoice maker for contractors. Let's see how it goes from here.
