I am closing down this Skool
Hey everyone,
I have some important news about the future of this community.
After a lot of reflection, I've decided to shut down App Success. That also means we are no longer transitioning to Signaly, despite the announcement I made recently. I'm sorry for the change of direction so soon after that update, and I want to be fully transparent about why.
Why I'm closing the community
- The trending keyword method is no longer as strong as it was last year. The market has shifted, a lot more organic apps are getting published, and the opportunity has narrowed. When people ask me for advice today, I no longer tell them this is the best path, so I can't keep charging for it in good conscience. Signaly will be shut down for the same reason.
- I'm going all in on Absorbed, the new app I'm building with my partner. Shiny object syndrome has cost me before, and this one deserves my full attention. We're using a completely different playbook this time, focused on Instagram marketing rather than trending keywords.
A genuine thank you
I've been making courses for years, but this community was the first time I actually got to meet the people taking them, and that has meant a lot. I hope the content and conversations here have been valuable for you. The method genuinely generated a lot of wealth for me and my cofounder last year, and I know it worked for many of you too.
What happens next

- I'm considering keeping the community alive as a free space anyone can join, with no calls and no active involvement from me, in case it can keep going as a self-sustaining group. If you'd like that, please drop a comment on this post and let me know.

- Monthly subscribers: please cancel your subscription now.
- Annual subscribers: I'll either refund the remainder of your subscription, or we can book a 1:1 call where I help you directly with your app business, whichever you prefer. Just reply or DM me.
