App Store Listing Images Not Updating on Appstore

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a really frustrating App Store listing issue and hoping someone here might have experience with this and know a way around it.

For almost a month and half, the updated store listing images I uploaded in App Store Connect are not showing up on the App Store. On some devices, no images appear, and on others, the old images still show. The new images are not reflected anywhere, even though they’re fully updated and approved in App Store Connect.(I’ve attached screenshots showing all three scenarios for reference.)

I’ve submitted three new builds, each with updated store listing images, but the live App Store still isn’t showing the new visuals.

If anyone has dealt with App Store metadata/image caching issues before or knows a workaround, I’d really appreciate your guidance.
