I joined Product Studio with what I thought was already a launch-able product. From Day 1 defining my product offer, it became clear that I had work to do to identify who would pay for it and why. Then I had redesign and refactor the product a bit to connect the dots. Chris's ProductOS is great for exploring each of these phases on your own, but the regular in-person sessions were the course-correction I needed to stay on track. I'm going to market with a few users and clarity on how to iterate.
