End of the week check-in
Hope you had a solid week.
Before you head into the weekend, take a minute to think back on the last few days on site:
Did you show up ready to work each morning?
Did you stay within earshot of your journeyman?
Did you ask questions at the right time?
Did you move with purpose between tasks?
Did you clean your work area without being told?
Identify one thing you could improve next week.
Have it in mind before Monday.
Progress in your first year comes from small adjustments made consistently — not from trying to do everything perfectly all at once.
