This course is a real-world jobsite orientation for new apprentices entering the construction trades. It teaches baseline expectations often assumed but rarely explained, including conduct, communication, tool readiness, task completion, and working under supervision. Apprentices learn how to show up prepared, follow direction, maintain pace, handle tools properly, communicate clearly, and complete assigned work to standard.
