Day 4 Recap: Protecting the Win

Today we took the workflow we mapped and the bottleneck we identified earlier in the week — and we turned it into a real, working SOP.
No theory. No “when I have time.”
We built the actual process step-by-step so it can be repeated the same way every time.
Then, we took it a step further:
We learned how to measure the impact of that new process using KPIs.
We looked at how time saved = money protected, and how consistency in onboarding prevents scope creep, burnout, and confusion (for both the business owner and their clients).
By the end of class, everyone walked away with:
- A documented SOP they can use right now
- A weekly KPI starter ist to track how well the process is performing
- A clear understanding of how improving one workflow uncovers real cash
Tomorrow, we lock in the system.
This is where we protect the win and make the change stick.
