Day 3 Recap: Pinpointing the Bottleneck
Today we revisited the process we mapped and audited, and took the next key step — identifying the bottleneck.
This is where things get real.
Once the steps were laid out, it became clear where the slowdown was happening — the part of the workflow that takes too long, gets repeated, or creates confusion.
And even though the task itself seemed simple, seeing it on paper showed exactly where time and energy are leaking.
Key shifts today:
- Realizing the bottleneck isn’t always where you think it is
- Understanding how one step can slow down the entire operation
- Beginning to see how tightening that one point creates immediate relief in the business
Day 3 was about clarity — not rushing into fixing, but knowing exactly what needs attention.
Today we start designing the solution.
