Today we took the task each student identified yesterday and audited it step-by-step.
The goal wasn’t to fix anything yet, it was simply to see how the process is currently being done.
And once we laid it out?We started to see where time, money, and energy are slipping away — not because of effort, but because of how the work is being done.
Some of the breakthroughs today:
- Realizing that what feels like “a quick task” actually has multiple mini-steps
- Seeing where hand-offs, follow-ups, or tracking are missing
- Understanding that inefficiencies show up long before the money does
We even pushed a little further and explored what the ideal version of that same process could look like cleaner, simpler, and easier to repeat.
This is the work that uncovers cash.
This is where clarity begins.
See you in Day 3 — where we start tightening it up.
