Not everyone believes in God, and for a long time I questioned his existence.
Some would argue that there is no such thing as God, others would claim blasphemy.
Still more will say that it does not matter whether God exists, and that everything we experience is a hallucination of our imagination projected onto our realities(excuse mi que?.
Knowledge and application provides deeper insight into creating our own heavens on earth rather than living in our own worst nightmares.
As someone who has been perpetuating some of my own problems by my inability to slow down and take a more objective approach, I have found it takes longer than anticipated, much longer, much harder, but imperative to remain vigilant and persistent.
Everything is easy, some things just take longer than others. Put in the work, get better results, make better decisions.
So many times we stop in the midst of putting in the work, expecting better results, only to be making rushed decisions with inaccurate data.
It is so much easier to drink someone else’s kool aid than to make our own, it is so much easier to destroy someone elses sandcastle than it is to build our own, and theres enough crabs trying to pull everyone down into the bucket. Only you can prevent crab in the bucket effect.
When I started I desperately wanted to be where I am now (figureatively, still got some personality changes to make), and I never expected or thought I would make it this long (probably why cats love me so much). It is so eerie living a life you dreamed about . It is so beautiful even when it is hard. I am grateful for the gift of desperation, whenever it comes. I never recognize the true value it has until later. It means there’s nothing to lose, and there is a way out.
My maths have been mathing as I worked through 2025 strategy development and planning for myself and the business I manage.
I believe we can scale by a contractor a year at least when actual marketing effort is put in(we stopped using the agency over a year ago,, and haven't done much).
I believe that we can start up contractors for $30k-$50k (really could modify down or up per situation but the numbers I ran for myself personally were <$40k), and with proper alignment and implementation have the loan paid back, have the following year prepaid, and have the contractor self sustaining within our Family Tree House ecosystem (what does that ecosystem look like???). I would truly love to see NFT's and smart contracts applied to safety training certifications, industry certifications/licenses, property ownership (garyV DOES THIS with his VeeFriends collectibles and VCon tickets), and in discipline/delayed gratification theory build a network of personally decentralized autonomous organizations (start with contracting tree crews)
I believe that we can easily yield 500k/annually and cover operational, direct, indirect costs, scaling, profit, etc by charging $900/hr, $3000/day on a 180 day operating schedule.
With 4 quarters in a year, and tree work profitability comprising half the year, it makes sense to operate on this seasonal time function for sustainability, simplicity, and replicability (legal, insurance costs, taxes, autonomy, future proofiong later, risk management now).
Using a 150/day 30/wk example this looks like:
$500k/yr / 150/d = $3333.33/day *very feasible
Extending for hourly to fit our model:
$540k / 150 = $3600/d / 4hr = $900/hr *ideal for testing/feasible
How does the hourly rate break down by item?
Charging all costs on a per hour basis to keep it simple ….
Fuel: $100
Dumps: $100 (may charge extra or separately)
Supplies: $100
Misc: $100
Labor: $300
Direct Costs Total: $700/hr
Indirect Costs Total: $160-$200/hr (this was constrained to within $150k
Truck/Maintenance Payments: $370-$400/day, $100/hr
Insurance Premiums: $108-$110/day, $30-$40/hr (idr if this was based off
Management IT/ISM/Software: $628/day, $40-$60/hr
Ill come back to this….with updates and more info.
