Sleep to Win, Effort and Sacrifice, Define Goal
Define Goal Design and Develop a Strong Foundational, Widely Functional, Easily Replicable, Durably Diversified, Fractional Business Model Which Integrates Departments/Contractors/Families Compartmentally to Share Resources, Control Costs, Strengthen Support and Sustainability, and Grow Profitably Across All Bottom Lines (People, Places, Profits) By Empowering Everyone/Employees/ With Simple Actionable Steps to Utilize Available Networks and Resources Why? Everyone is capable of extraordinary things. A little bit of consistent effort goes a long way, and the impact that compounding has on returns leverages this principle towards the side of the scale where these habitual micro investments are made the most. Being the change I want to see means putting my money where my mouth is (effort so to speak) and taking another leap of faith (sacrifice) that what I hypothesize as our opportunity to scale our organizations through strategic small business units will work, is the right way to do business, and because the timeline for this overarching goal is quite extensive. End game: Sustainable blockchain business models NFT safety certifications and NFT property/equipment NFT ceus Business and Contractor Documentation and Infrastructure Investing in the future Blockchain and web3 application development WebDev and web application development Organizational congruency Now game: Strategic SBU contractor units Web application development and website development Training and Certifications Marketing

Mathematical Signs of GOD (good orderly direction)
Not everyone believes in God, and for a long time I questioned his existence. Some would argue that there is no such thing as God, others would claim blasphemy. Still more will say that it does not matter whether God exists, and that everything we experience is a hallucination of our imagination projected onto our realities(excuse mi que?. Knowledge and application provides deeper insight into creating our own heavens on earth rather than living in our own worst nightmares. As someone who has been perpetuating some of my own problems by my inability to slow down and take a more objective approach, I have found it takes longer than anticipated, much longer, much harder, but imperative to remain vigilant and persistent. Everything is easy, some things just take longer than others. Put in the work, get better results, make better decisions. So many times we stop in the midst of putting in the work, expecting better results, only to be making rushed decisions with inaccurate data. It is so much easier to drink someone else’s kool aid than to make our own, it is so much easier to destroy someone elses sandcastle than it is to build our own, and theres enough crabs trying to pull everyone down into the bucket. Only you can prevent crab in the bucket effect. When I started I desperately wanted to be where I am now (figureatively, still got some personality changes to make), and I never expected or thought I would make it this long (probably why cats love me so much). It is so eerie living a life you dreamed about . It is so beautiful even when it is hard. I am grateful for the gift of desperation, whenever it comes. I never recognize the true value it has until later. It means there’s nothing to lose, and there is a way out. My maths have been mathing as I worked through 2025 strategy development and planning for myself and the business I manage. I believe we can scale by a contractor a year at least when actual marketing effort is put in(we stopped using the agency over a year ago,, and haven't done much).

2025 Plans Update
Having spent the last year driving myself crazy (driven a few others crazy too, my apologies) and sorting through chaos, I finally see some better paths ahead….new regulations and what not that have come out are also helpful. Taking a different perspective to reframe the problem and seek viable solutions has been better. In an effort to manage my current companies costs and mitigate risk, I will be using Skool as a platform to organize training and safety documentation, various company docs and plans, strategies and results. This year we are testing a few different pricing and marketing strategies, and for the past several years I can't say we've used much of any marketing strategies other than to collect reviews, network, and set up various accounts. We haven't been super thrilled with any of the lead services we've used, and generally feel they are wasting our time and our money. Personally, I haven't been thrilled with some of the advertising I have seen or paid for either outside of that. We are still figuring some of this out, but that is to be expected. I have been asked for help with setting up various online accounts, building websites, connecting services, business structuring, safety/compliance and risk management, pricing strategies and bidding/estimating. These are all areas that I have delved deeply into the past year, and will use Skool to facilitate that assistance to those we either currently work with, those who are interested in working with us, and those who are seeking assistance and are willing to take certain steps to get what we have to offer.

Estimates and Pricing
Testing hourly rates lately on jobs that detail significant miscellaneous little things like bushes and small trees, and whole property trimmings. The reason for this is that it gets to be highly cumbersome tallying up the amount of time it will take per job when that tends to be highly subjective and variable. I have absolutely no idea how much other companies charge per hour if they do, and my understanding is everyone bids slightly differently, but costs (varying by hazards, equipment, level of risk/technical expertise required, crew size, etc) can vary dramatically depending on available resources and strategies applied to operations. Tree work ain’t cheap work, and many are surprised by the costs. It’s a lot easier to bid bigger trees and trimmings as that is our bread and butter. Anyway, I will break down my logic more, but for today I tested $650/hr estimated at 5hrs with a $250 discount for being a referral. That is $3000 with estimated direct/indirect costs being less than $2000. Ideally I am trying to formulate a 180 day operating schedule that does no less than $3000/day. This would yield $540k which covers more than double our current costs, revenues, etc. Truly believe operational efficiency and scale will be more applicable under a subcontractor model utilizing the above system, and mitigating significant liabilities.

Hard Heads
Wear your helmet. Does not matter if you are climbing or on the ground. Wear your helmet. It is a safety requirement, it is a necessity, especially in drop zones, or where hangers are present. Hell, it may save your life. Getting hit in the head will rock you, and we operate in situations and environments where hazards demand a few extra precautions than common sense (that shit is hella variable anyway).
