This is such a wonderful learning tool for fine cooking and learning advanced techniques. I find the quality of the videos and recipe cards to be wonderfully prepared and easy to assimilate. Also wonderful to be able to get feedback and ask questions. Great learning tool for me. Highly recommend.

Chef Arnis is a great mentor for anyone looking to get into the art of fine dining at home! He is always willing to share his knowledge and provide helpful feedback to his students. His step-by-step instructional videos are easy to follow and thorough. His patience, explanation, and willingness to help make him a mentor that’s great to learn from for beginners. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone who has a passion for the culinary arts and fine dining!
