Release and Be Free — Matthew 18:21–35
Big Idea:
• In the Kingdom, forgiveness is boundless—stop keeping score (Matt. 18:21–22).
• We’ve been forgiven an unpayable debt; forgiven people forgive people (vv. 23–27).
• Unforgiveness is a prison that torments the soul; release others to walk free (vv. 28–35).
Reflection Questions:
  1. Who am I still holding in my heart, and why?
  2. Where am I “counting offenses” instead of extending grace?
  3. Is the blood of Christ enough to cover what they did—and to set me free today?
Action This Week:
• Name one person before God and, from the heart, pray a prayer of release: “Father, because You forgave me in Christ, I forgive ___ and place them at the foot of the Cross.” If wise and safe, take one concrete step (journal it, pray their blessing, or have a humble conversation).
Suggested Scriptures To Pray:
• Matthew 18:21–35
• Matthew 6:12, 14–15
• Ephesians 4:31–32
• Colossians 3:12–13
• Mark 11:25
• Romans 12:17–21
• Hebrews 12:14–15
• Psalm 139:23–24
