👀 Eye Contact = Engagement

Following this week’s challenge, I’ve put together a short video showing how I build eye contact and engagement with my dog.

Eye contact isn’t about staring competitions—it’s about teaching your dog that checking in with you is rewarding. When your dog chooses to focus on you, training becomes easier, distractions become less powerful, and your relationship grows stronger.

In the video, I walk through some simple exercises you can start using straight away to encourage your dog to offer attention voluntarily.
