0 - I am not doing anything but I am interested in starting, hence why I am here
1 - I started preparing to make a change. Like joining here and getting new shoes and workout clothes
2 - I have started making small changes to see how they would fit in my life and to not feel overwhelmed and do too much too fast
3 - I have started making a few changes and have been consistent with them. My goal isn't the first thing on my mind, but I am being consistent and making healthier choices
4 - I have made my goals my number one priority and I am starting to see some results!
5 - I am well into my health journey and I have already made significant progress. Just wanting to make more and keep going!
