You need to cut out seed oils asap
Seed oils (canola, soybean, corn, sunflower) are high in polyunsaturated fats — chemically unstable and prone to oxidation, especially under heat. Saturated fats (butter, tallow, coconut oil) are more stable and don't break down into the same oxidative byproducts when cooked. Stability matters as much as the nutrition label. → Swap one seed oil in your kitchen for butter or tallow this week.

Why I always preach simplicity
Most people overcomplicate health. You don't need 20 supplements or peptides. Start with the foundation • Eat whole foods. • Get direct sunlight. • Lift heavy. • Walk daily. • Sleep 8+ hours. • Stay hydrated. Do that consistently for 6 months and you'll outperform 95% of people chasing shortcuts. Master the fundamentals before looking for shortcuts, youll find yourself being way less consistent if you look for short cuts.
