Hey everyone, I’m Alan — USMS Coach (Level 1) and Swimmer, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Red Cross Lifeguard, and your guide here. This is a free community for busy adults (18 & up) who love swimming and want to improve for fitness, competition, and more. Whether you swim with a Masters group or mostly on your own, you’re welcome here. If you are local to my area and would like to sign up for individual lessons for a fee, please click the link below.
