Recognizing and Silencing Limiting Beliefs
Let’s be honest—self-doubt doesn’t shout.
It whispers.
“You’re not good enough."
”You’re going to fail again."
”Who do you think you are to do that?”
Those quiet lies, when left unchecked, begin to shape how we see ourselves.
But here’s the truth: You were created with purpose, equipped with gifts, and called to more.
Self-doubt may visit, but it doesn’t get to move in.
In our Anchored Mindset pillar, we’re learning how to recognize those limiting beliefs and replace them with truth—God’s truth, and the truth of who we’re becoming.
🌱 One simple practice:
Write down the lie.
Then, directly underneath it, write the truth.
For example:
❌ “I always mess things up.”
✅ “I am growing, learning, and showing up—even when it’s hard.”
✨ It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress and perspective.
