š¤ I heard this song again today and it just stirred something in me.
Do you know what āhallelujahā actually means?
It comes from Hebrew: Hallel = to praise
Yah = Yahweh (God)
So hallelujah literally means:
⨠āPraise the Lord.ā
⨠āPraise Yahweh.ā
Itās not just a word.
Itās a declaration.
Itās a choice.
Itās praise in the waiting.
Praise in the breakthrough.
Praise when you feel strong.
Praise when you feel tired.
Praise when you donāt understand what God is doing yet.
The Psalms end with it.
Heaven shouts it in Revelation.
Itās a victorious word.
And what I love most is this:
Itās not quiet. Itās not timid. Itās not small.
Itās awe.
Itās surrender.
Itās trust.
So whatever this week holds for youā¦
The growth.
The stretching.
The healing.
The courage it takes to show up againā¦
Let it be a hallelujah.
Even here.
Even now.
What does āhallelujahā mean to you right now in this season? š¤
